Imagine walking through your own standard brick 1970’s investment property and regretting putting it on the market after months of grueling preparation getting it ready for sale and after having it styled - “I could live here” I thought. 

Not really a coincidence that the same property attracted 32 groups through on its first open for inspection and was sold above reserve before the next Saturday in a market that was definitely not booming.

That is the magic of effective property styling. 

This experience has not only enlightened me, but inspired me to follow my passion and style homes for sale for others.
