It involves strategically arranging furniture, selecting decor, optimising lighting, and making aesthetic improvements to create an inviting and attractive space.

• Once the paperwork is finalised let us know and we will arrange pick up of all hired items. 

Can you style a property that is already furnished? 

Yes, in some cases we can work with existing furniture and decor. 

We can evaluate the space, assess the existing furnishings, and provide recommendations on what can be kept, rearranged, or supplemented to enhance the overall appeal via an hourly service or we can keep some existing items ie beds and bring in the rest. 

How long does the property styling process take? 

For a full property style once the home is cleared will take 24 hours and we will need access to the property for this duration of time. 

What happens to the styled furniture and decor after the property is sold? 

Once the property is sold and the paperwork is completed, we will promptly remove all hired furniture and decor from the premises.
